It's true.

CS Rap is blowing up.
The forerunners of the field, MC Plus Plus and Monzy, they drop computer science rhymes pretty nice, they've got coding skills.

What is it they lack? They're just not hard, yo. Their rhymes are spoken eloquently, not spit.

And so this site is dedicated to the CS rappers of the streets, CS rappers from Brooklyn, not Standford. If you write rhymes on a brand new Intel iMac, this isn't the place for you. But if you freestyle over the beeps from your $3 Casio watch (that you hacked to run Linux), sit down and have a St. Ides 40.
